Hosted by Robert Forster, PT, national spokesperson, US Olympic Track & Field Team Physical Therapist and Performance Specialist, author and leading authority on proper running mechanics. Robert is the founder of Forster Physical Therapy and Phase IV Scientific Health & Performance Center and has helped hundreds of student athletes achieve their goals in running for more than 25 years.
